A Refreshing Take on Case Studies, Blog Posts, and More

We’ve all heard the phrase “Failure is not an option.” Yawn. Did you ever wonder why such a dreary phrase became so popular? Instead, how about “Success Without Even Trying!” I can get behind that. How about you? Forget the notion that hard work is required. When it comes to writing the copy you need, let me do the work, and you reap the rewards.

Writing for some markets is a bit like navigating uncharted waters, but writing for businesses in the B2B market is the rudder on my ship. It keeps the whole operation steady and moving ahead. Plus, it’s fun, and who doesn’t want fun to be a part of their workday?

As you might suspect, I love helping to build your brand through the use of headlines that pop and a clear understanding of who your audience is.

My personal favorite adds a bit of data and weaves a few quotes into the story as it winds along. That is, of course, part of the recipe for case studies. Thanks to the journalist in me, we go together like cinnamon and sugar. They showcase your customers. They tell a story, but don’t carry on about it. They are all about what’s good in this world, sharing how a problem was solved, and written in a way to keep interest until the last word has flown off the page. Best of all, they have a big impact on your conversion rate when used as part of a campaign by your sales team.

Articles and blog posts. A lot of people agonize about writing them, but the best have key ingredients in common. A true storyteller who connects you with your audience. One who gets the experts to share their tips or advice, who knows how to research, and who can roll it all up into one fantastic read. That type of creative content is right up my alley, thanks to many years of experience writing them–thousands of them– constantly.

There’s little I can’t write and a lot I have to offer. Press releases. Emails. Web copy. You get the idea…if it involves words, I’m your girl.

If you need a fresh voice, or you simply don’t have the time to write it yourself, consider adding me to your team. As an award-winning journalist for 13 years in the newspaper industry, specializing in features, my background and training is the reason I excel at developing original content, and can easily shift from one industry to another.
